Pugs - Frozen Jameson & Ginger
Our third #BRIGHTERDAYS signature drink is provided by the top dog in the heart of Belfast, Pug Uglys.

Ingredients
We decided to make this fun and give you a deluxe recipe with extra garnish to try at home. Do the preparation and the results will be worth is!
- 50ml Jameson
- 1 whole squeezed lime
- 50ml Homemade Ginger Syrup
- 50ml Ginger Ale
- Ice
The Preparations
GINGER SYRUP
- Take a can of ginger beer 330ml and add to a saucepan
- Add four teaspoons of sugar
- Reduce down by half on the stove and leave to cool
Add all the ingredients to a blender including a handful of ice and blend until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and add a wheel or twist of lime to garnish!
