Delivery & Returns

Mr & Mrs Stitch aims to provide all its customers with the best delivery service available. Our UK customers have 3 regular delivery options - Standard Delivery, Tracked Delivery and Special Next Day Delivery. We also offer Saturday Delivery. Northern Ireland Customers have an extra delivery option in Collection In-Store, orders made before 2pm using this option can be collected Same-Day (see full details below).

Free UK/ NI Delivery*

Free Standard Delivery on all orders over £150.00, may exclude shoes, sale items and temporary promotions.

Standard 3-5 Day 

All orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched the same day, and orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday. We will normally deliver your order within 3 to 5 working days.

Special (Next Day Guaranteed) Delivery (UK Mainland only, please see NI Next Day for criteria)

If you require your order dispatched using SPECIAL NEXT DAY DELIVERY, please choose the Special (Next Day Guaranteed) Delivery option. All Next Day deliveries placed BEFORE 3pm are guaranteed the next working day.

All TRACKED 24 orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day, and will be delivered the following working day. All Next Day deliveries placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday and will be delivered on Tuesday.

UK Saturday Delivery: If you require your parcel to be delivered on a Saturday. Please place your order before 3pm on Friday using the Special Delivery option. All (Saturday Delivery) orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be dispatched on Saturday morning and will be guaranteed for 1pm on Monday.

We will e-mail you when your order is dispatched. Please take into consideration non-service days such as Public and Bank Holidays.

Republic of Ireland Delivery

All orders placed before 10am Mon-Thur will be dispatched the same day, and orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.

Orders placed after 3pm on 21st December cannot be dispatched Republic of Ireland Next Day.

There are no new tariffs, customs checks or paperwork required for orders being dispatched to Republic of Ireland or the rest of Europe, and therefore there are none of the associated delays.

International Delivery

USA

Import Duties and Customs Policy (for US Customers)

At Mr & Mrs Stitch, we strive to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please carefully review the following terms related to international orders and US customs procedures:

  • Responsibility for Import Duties:
    • All international orders, including those shipped to the United States, may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees.
    • These charges are determined by U.S. Customs and Border Protection and are entirely separate from any charges made by Mr & Mrs Stitch.
    • By placing an order with us, you agree to be fully responsible for any import duties or taxes imposed on your order.
  • Non-Payment of Duties:
    • Failure to pay the required import duties may result in your parcel being held by US customs.
    • If duties are not paid and the item is not cleared, it may be returned to Mr & Mrs Stitch. In such cases:
      • Return shipping fees will be deducted from any applicable refund.
      • If the parcel is returned outside the official return window, you may not be eligible for a refund.
    • Refunds (full or partial) will not be granted for orders refused or uncollected due to non-payment of customs duties.
  • Claims of Non-Receipt:
    • Claims of "not receiving the item" due to refusal or failure to pay import duties will not be accepted.
    • Mr & Mrs Stitch fulfils all orders in good faith and dispatches them using the courier and shipping method selected at checkout.
  • Recommendation for Duty Reimbursement:
    • If the cost of the import duty is a concern, we recommend:
      • Pay the import duty to release your item.
      • If you decide to return the item, you may be eligible to request a refund of the import duty directly from US Customs (subject to their policies and procedures).

This policy is provided to ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and transparency for our valued customers. However, we strongly advise you to consult with your local customs authority or a legal professional regarding your responsibilities and rights as an importer.

We use the fastest available shipping option for USA orders.  Delivery is not guaranteed for any specific date, but we would expect delivery to take approximately 5 - 10 working days (excluding weekends). Typically however most orders arrive much sooner.

For international orders please visit your local government customs website for taxes and customs information - if taxes and duties apply, these are payable by the customer. Any unclaimed orders or postage whether due to unpaid duty and taxes or otherwise will not be refunded.

EUROPE

For all European and International orders we use the fastest available shipping option.  Delivery is not guaranteed for any specific date, but we would expect delivery to take approximately 5 working days (excluding weekends) for European orders. Typically however most orders arrive much sooner.

There are no new tariffs, customs checks or paperwork required for orders being dispatched to Europe, and therefore there are none of the associated delays.

REST OF WORLD

We use the fastest available shipping option.  Delivery is not guaranteed for any specific date, but we would expect delivery to take approximately 5 - 10 working days (excluding weekends). Typically however most orders arrive much sooner.

For international orders please visit your local government customs website for taxes and customs information - if taxes and duties apply, these are payable by the customer. Any unclaimed orders or postage whether due to unpaid duty and taxes or otherwise will not be refunded.

Collect In-store

Orders can also be collected in store. You simply follow the usual steps when purchasing your chosen items, when you are finished at the check out stage. Select ‘collect in-store’ from the shipping drop down box. There will be a processing fee of £2.99  and you will be sent a confirmation email. On collection the name provided in the order process will have to be the person who collects the item in store accompanied with a signature, copy of confirmation email and I.D will also be required to collect all items. Same Day Collection In Store: Orders MUST be placed before 2pm and will be available within 3 hours from Rio & Brazil UG 40 1 Victoria Square, Belfast.

As this is your chosen destination for collection, you will have 14 days from purchase to collect and return your order for a refund, should the purchase not be suitable. This is in line with our Returns Ts & Cs.

Postage prices may vary dependent on weight. International shipping prices vary dependent on the delivery address and volume/weight. International orders which are outside of the usual courier service area may incur a retrospective remote area surcharge before dispatch. Outsized parcels may incur additional shipping charges prior to dispatch.
