Pin tucks front shoulder yoke. Short sleeve is extended from shoulder yoke and pleated into a wide split cuff fastened with loop and button. Gathered panels at side waist create volume through the skirt controlled with a narrow cotton ribbon tie belt through loops. Straight hem is cut longer at back, small side vents. Inseam side pockets.
