NN07: Copenhagen menswear, in Belfast and online

NN07 is the Copenhagen label that makes the quiet, well-cut clothes you end up wearing most weeks. Founded in 2007, the name stands for No Nationality 2007. We carry the knitwear, chinos, overshirts and jackets, sized XS to XXL and waist 30 to 38, with the full range online and the same rails in our Belfast store.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does NN07 stand for?

No Nationality 2007. The 2007 is the year the brand was founded in Copenhagen by Victor Lindh and Ulrik Pedersen, and the No Nationality part is the design brief: clothes built around a personality rather than a country. It is a Danish brand that deliberately avoids looking like one.

Does NN07 run true to size?

Yes. NN07 sizing is consistent across the range and every top is cut to a regular fit, so an NN07 medium behaves like a medium throughout. Tops are sized to chest measurement, XS to XXL, and trousers by waist in inches. If you are between two sizes and want room for a jumper underneath, take the larger one.

What size should I take in the NN07 Gael jacket?

The Gael is the one NN07 piece that does not follow the usual logic. It is cut boxy, so it wears wider and shorter than a regular jacket in the same letter size. If you normally take a medium in NN07 knitwear and want the Gael to sit close, stay at medium rather than sizing up for layering. If you are unsure, ring the Belfast shop and we will measure the one on the rail for you.

Where are NN07 clothes made?

NN07 states that it has mapped and disclosed 100% of its manufacturers and its fabric and yarn mills, but it does not publish a country list on its customer facing pages. Retailers commonly cite Italy and Portugal and the brand uses premium Italian fabrics, though NN07 itself does not confirm this, so we are not going to state it as fact. If country of origin matters to you for a specific piece, ask us and we will read the label.

Is NN07 a sustainable brand?

NN07 publishes measured figures rather than slogans. It is a member of amfori and uses its BSCI audits, and reports that 90% of its garments came from audited suppliers and 59% of its materials were preferred materials in 2024, with a target of all products meeting its responsibly made criteria by 2027. Its packaging is plastic free from factory to store. It does not hold GOTS, OEKO-TEX, Bluesign or B Corp certification.

Can I try NN07 on in Northern Ireland?

Yes. Our NN07 range is on the rails at Rio Brazil, Victoria Square, Belfast, which is the physical shop behind Mr & Mrs Stitch. Stock moves, so if you want a particular size or colourway held, ring ahead on 028 9031 0043 and we will put it aside.

Do you deliver NN07 to the Republic of Ireland?

Yes, and there are no customs charges. We dispatch from Belfast, so orders to the Republic and the rest of Europe go out without tariffs, customs checks or the delays that come with them. Standard delivery to the Republic starts from £5.15 and takes two to three days, with a 10am cut off Monday to Thursday for same day dispatch.
