EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
(For in store customers only)

Please retain receipt as proof of purchase.

We will happily exchange or issue a credit note, when items are returned in a saleable condition, within 30days of purchase: Except at Christmas , when items must be returned by 4th January.

We regret we cannot offer an exchange, credit note or refund on sale items.

If clothes are proven not to be of satisfactory quality, an exchange, credit note or refund will be issued.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
